Meet the great people you’ll be working with.
Patty Edwards – Account Manager, Eugene
Patty started Staffing Partners with Pam Reed in 1995. She has been in the staffing industry since 1988. One of Patty’s greatest qualities is that she has never met a stranger. She loves working with our clients and employees, getting to know them on a personal level. Patty has the personal touch to match a great employee, with a great job, at a great company. It speaks volumes when an owner is excited to do the little things to make our company successful.
Outside of work, Patty is married with one daughter, who is currently a college student. The three Edwards love to travel, frequently visiting Arizona and other warm destinations. Patty is also an avid reader and huge Duck fan.
Michael Lowe – Account Manager, Beaverton
Michael joined our team as a Staffing Coordinator in 2010. He was promoted to an Account Manager in 2011, and has successfully serviced many of our larger industrial clients. Michael’s 13 years of staffing experience help him make excellent hiring decisions and solve key problems.
Michael received a diploma from Western Business College, focusing on Business Management and Computer Programming. He is an avid golfer with the motto “Have clubs will travel.” Michael is a huge Duck fan, had a nephew on the team and will hopefully have another in the coming years.
Serena Doughan – Account Manager, Eugene
Serena started with Staffing Partners when she was still a teenager. Almost 20 years later, she is a veteran in the industry, a person who understands how staffing truly works. Serena takes pride in selecting a unique employee and matching them with a unique position.
Serena was born in Fresno, California, and moved to Eugene when she was twelve. Now that she is all grown up, she’s married to her wonderful man Aaron, and enjoying great success here at SP. Serena also enjoys all outdoor activities, rain or shine.
Bryan Purdin – Account Manager, Beaverton
Bryan has been a Recruiter and Account Manager for over 11 years. He joined Staffing Partners in 2008 and is currently the Account Manager for our Medical Staffing Division. Bryan’s focus is Long-Term Care facilities, Hospitals, and Surgery Centers in the Oregon and Southwest Washington region. He has shown the consistent ability to go above and beyond, doing whatever it takes to find the right employee for his clients. Bryan is considered to have some of the best customer service and business development skills in our company’s history.
Bryan attended the University of Oklahoma, receiving a bachelor’s degree in marketing in 1996. After moving to Oregon in 2000, he decided to pursue a degree in human resources from Portland State University. Bryan and his wife, Teri, live in Tigard with their son, Jakub. They enjoy the outdoors, live music and are avid fans of Oklahoma football.
Dianne Westmoreland – Branch Manager, Bend
Dianne has been with Staffing Partners since 2006, joining our Bend team at the height of Central Oregon’s growth and expansion. On a daily basis she displays her persistence, patience and commitment to our company and the Central Oregon community. Dianne brings an entire career of sales and service, along with a passion for knowing her clients and employees personally.
Dianne is originally from Seaside, Oregon, where she grew up in her family business. She has the two Js at home, husband Jarred, and teenage son, Jeremy. In her spare time, Dianne enjoys Hawaiian travel, Scottish culture, and classic novels.
Kim Hudson – Personnel Coordinator, Beaverton
Kim is a recent addition to our Beaverton team, joining Staffing Partners in 2013. Rare is the person who can build rapport so quickly in our industry. Kim has used her sense of humor, quick wit, and ability to get results, winning over both employees and clients alike.
Kim grew up in a small town on the beautiful Oregon coast. She loves outdoor adventure as you can find her camping, fishing or riding her ATV on any weekend. Kim has a young son who keeps her very busy when she is not at work. She is not without weakness though, as she is an Oregon State fan.
Haley Godfrey – Personnel Coordinator, Bend
Haley has worked for us on temporary assignments since 2009. Recently, we wised up and hired her as a Personnel Coordinator in our Bend office. Since starting, she has brought a new level of customer service and professionalism to the table. Our employees and clients are always pleased with the attention to detail and follow up that Haley consistently delivers.
Michael Reed – President
Michael started with Staffing Partners in 1996 as the on-call, overnight phone guy. He worked his way up in our Eugene office before moving to Portland in 2000 to open a new branch. Michael became our President in 2008 and has led us away from a focus on heavy industrial business to a blend of light industrial, administrative and medical staffing.
Michael is happily married and has two wonderful kids. In his free time, he attempts to be a decent golfer. Attempts.
